The 16pf Personality Assessment is widely used in career counseling as a helpful tool for clients to work on professional issues such as career development, employee development and training, and interpersonal issues.  In the therapeutic setting, the results of the 16pf questionnaire are discussed and evaluated openly with clients, thus facilitating mutual exploration and growth in self-awareness.
